Because Ridats provides digital courses with instant access and download links, all sales are subject to the following refund terms:
1. Digital Product Nature
Due to the immediate digital delivery of course content, all sales are generally final once access links or course files have been provided.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
A full refund or replacement may be granted within 7 days of purchase if:
- The course download link is broken or invalid, and our support team cannot fix it within 48 hours.
- The delivered course content is completely different from the listing description.
